Creating tables, performing calculations, charting, adding clip art,
creating columns and mail merge are some of the intermediate level
techniques. |

Integrated Project will utilize Word features in the real business

Introduction |
Students will create, edit, format, save, print, and close workbooks.
They will apply character formatting, add borders, shading and patterns to
cells, as well as, AutoFormat worksheets. |

Microsoft Excel 2003 –
Intermediate |
The Intermediate level stresses techniques used to create enhanced
spreadsheets through the use of calculations, multiple worksheet linking,
graphics, charts and templates. |

Business Applications |
Integrated Project will utilize Excel features to create enhanced
Spreadsheets for help in analyzing data. |

Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 |
Basic elements of design and graphics are introduced and developed to
create business presentations through the use of this presentation
software. |

Integrated Project will utilize PowerPoint features to create a Marketing
Presentation, to include pictures, sound, and transitions with animation. |

Microsoft Access 2003 |
Students will understand basic design concepts of a database, data
management concepts, and presentation of information through forms and
reports. Use the Office Links options to integrate Access data with Word
and Excel. |

Keyboarding Skills |
Students will be taken from basic keyboarding to intermediate speed and
accuracy with the full-featured Typing Quick & Easy. Weekly
certificates will be submitted. |
